This app is a QR code reader of web access only. When held up to the QR code to launch the built-in browser in the language specified as the URL.
If the QR code is from QRpedia that are used in a multi-language display, such as museums and art galleries to display the Wikipedia article for the selected language. It also displays the page of the selected language in the case of multi-language sites such as Facebook.
