Also known as Kalah, Awele, Oware, and Bao, Mancala is an ancient African board game, where 2 players play against each other in turn-based fashion, to see who collects more marbles or seeds.
Mancala has different variations. This is a summary of the rules of Mancala: Marbles & Seeds:
Each player, on his or her turn, chooses one of the 6 holes on his or her side and deals the stones throughout the board in an anticlockwise direction, leaving one stone in each hole and in the player's Mancala. If the last stone dealt ends up in the player's own Mancala, then the player gets a free turn. If the last stone dealt falls in an empty hole on the player's side of the board, this player captures all the stones in the opponent's parallel hole.
The game ends when one of the players does not have any more stones in the holes on his or her side of the board. When this happens, the stones that remain shall go to the other player's Mancala. The winner is the player with most stones.
It's a simple and fun game, but also challenging: you have to use a lot of strategy to your advantage in this brain puzzler!

The computer always wins!😡I have tied with it, but I’ve never won. I wish that the computer would let me win because it’s frustrating when I always lose. I play this game all the time at school, but we put two Mancala boards together and make it megasized. Then it’s big Mancala and it’s really fun. I wish that the pieces were always shells. I wish they were different things every time you play. I also wish we could get like coins if we beat the robot and then we could trade them in. I would like to see more game progressions. overall, it’s a pretty fun game.🤗🤪

MINIMAL ADs compared to a lot of free games on here - only one between each game. Cute theme options!! Simple - and the design provokes a nostalgia of a childhood spent playing games on a computer in the late 90s - early 2000s. .Anyw a y s ummmmm Thank you to whoever made this and keeps it up or whatever PLEASE CHANGE NOTHING you have simply MASTERED the design mobile Mancala in my opinion - thank you (But maybe an online multi player option?? It’s be nice)

Despite some comments, I have experienced a win some - lose some game play so far; had to move up to the hard level. So if you’re new start out at easy and work your way up. I’ve enjoyed this app more than other Mancala apps that I previously tried.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
