They just recently updated to say they “fixed the bugs” but now every time i click the app it crashes immediately. I’ve tried reinstalling it but it just keeps crashing which is a shame because these lights are nice. I do have the remote but with the phone you have a lot of options with these lights and now I’m sad. Please update and fix the problem.

But only thing is! They make you group all lights together! So far that’s only way I can find to hook up 4 sets! I want them to be individual! But they group together! But I keep buying like the ball, lights and string lights so maybe all string lights go together! It’s confusing & I don’t really care how you grouped them together and then go into the group and then individually select To adjust the strains! They should come out with an update that makes it so you can separate all your lights! Because not everyone wants to group all their string lights together!

But overall price & customization is pretty great! The only thing is all the effects have the same effect on each category! so the fence, is the same effect as the Christmas tree, just different pictures with 6 slide over adjustments! I think each of fact should be totally different!

Literally the first night I got the lights, they started acting up. Most of them didn’t even turn on and then after I was able to get them to turn on, I set it up and then the same amount of lights froze up even when I turn them off, and a small amount of lights would actually change the color I want it to be or actually turn off. I kept trying to unplug it or change the light settings but nothing. I don’t know if they’re damaged but they don’t work at all for me. Not just the app but even the remote control doesn’t work. Which I may or may not need to get a trade request or buy new ones
