A recreation of the map seen on the original cardboard Identicode folder has been added to the Help page And … Identicode can now be used with Shortcuts, allowing you to encode and decode text from outside the app itself!

You can now scan messages directly into Identicode using the new camera button with no typing required (on iOS15 or newer). If the colour code is present at the start of the message (as it is in the magazine) then Identicode will automatically switch to the correct colour and switch to decode operation. This kind of convenience is something every secret agent appreciates when mission timescales are tight.
