• Now, you can conveniently vote for the polls you are invited to directly from the idgard iOS app. To access this feature, simply tap on the Polls option in the Dataroom action menu. • You can now create any type of guest and invite them directly to the Box of your choice. Distinguishing between temporary and regular guests is made easy by simply setting an expiration date. • We've made drastic performance improvements for making box and folder available offline. You will be able to feel the difference for boxes with lots of items in them. • Finding the right box during saving PDF for annotations was hectic. • We've added the Redact feature to allow permanent deletion of sensitive information from PDF documents. Redaction is part of the Annotations feature, which is available to all users on an Enterprise Price Plan. • The Annotations feature comes with refined icons and a new look for toolbars and dialogues. • We've resolved an issue with displaying meeting pack file names in PDF headers. The names now show as expected. • A new warning message provides guidance in case the available storage capacity of your iOS device has become too low. • Opening files is now independent from available RAM memory. This fixes an issue that occurred when opening large files. • To protect data in idgard, a secure network is required when using the app online. The wording of the warning message that idgard displays when detecting that the mobile device is connected via an unsecure Wi-Fi is now more precise.

• We are changing the way notifications are handled in some of our products. idgard iOS 7.3.0 ensures compatibility with notifications in the corresponding upcoming idgard web app version. • We've made improvements to the loading process for Boxes with high numbers of unread items. These Boxes load faster now. • In a few specific cases, the file lock was not always removed after overwriting a PDF with annotations. This is now resolved. • PDF file names are now correctly displayed in the header of the PDF Viewer.

• In a few cases, the color of a button was not inverted when used on a colored background and the button, therefore, appeared invisible. This is now resolved. • An icon now indicates the antivirus scan information for each of your files. • In case your mobile device is out of storage capacity and cannot complete synchronization, you'll now receive a message informing you of the capacity you need to free up to complete the sync.

• We’ve re-worked the flows for our different second factor authentication methods.
