iFORA O2 is a total solution help you analyze and improve sleep apnea and mindbody related problems. The App integrates with FORA Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter and Intelligent Cloud Analysis System to provide three main features: 1. Sleep SpO2 analysis, 2. HRV analysis, 3. Resonance Breath (HRV Biofeedback). ----------------------- 1. Sleep SpO2 analysis 1-1. records the whole night of SpO2 and heart rate readings with sampling rate of 1 sample per second. 1-2. provides analysis report with SpO2/heart rate trend chart and the following parameters related to sleep apnea: (1) lowest SpO2, (2) highest SpO2, (3) average SpO2, (4) ODI3%, (5) ODI4%, (6) CT90%, (7) overall Sleep SpO2 classification ...etc. The report (pdf format) could be sent to user registered email address 1-3. provide history Sleep SpO2 report for check Sleep SpO2 analysis help test the severity of oxygen saturation deficiency. It could be used for not only risk screening but also for treatment improvement tracking 1-4. analysis and recommendation personalized analysis and recommendation based on multi-night test results and questionnaire 1-5. sleep note possible apnea improvement solutions in sleep note (e.g. CPAP, nasal breath, side sleep, pillow) - help user find suitable solution ------------------------------------- 2. App good, meter uncomfortable but accurate

Skywalker 1999
I tried other Apps with bundled ring or finger type Spo2 meters to monitor my sleep apnea. They were not so easy to use or not very accurate compared with the results of sleep center. A physician recommended this solution to me. Wearing the oximeter bundled with app is not as comfortable as ring oximeter, but the results is more similar with the sleep center. The app is professional and easy to us. I like it.

Thank you for sharing experience. Based on the study, the SpO2 reading measured from finger tip with transmission oximetry technology (light transmitter and receiver on the opposite side) has better accuracy. Because accuracy is most important for our product, the wearing comfort is a little sacrificed. We are sorry for that and will keep improving the comfort by wearing accessory design.

Great tool to monitor Sleep Apnea

I have snoring problem but didn’t try to solve it. After using this app and its associated SpO2 oximeter, I found my snoring problem cause serious oxygen drop during my sleep. The test results gave me motivation to solve it. There is useful suggestion and sleep note in the app to help me try and find suitable solutions for me.

I had mild sleep apnea but my doctor didn’t strongly recommend me to wear a CPAP. I got many possible solutions by google search; however, I didn’t know if the solutions work. This app combined with SpO2 meter did help me evaluate which solution work for me.
