iHelp is an application that will help you find your Global Caché iTach, iTach Flex or GC100 unit in your network. You can also update the firmware of your iTach and iTach Flex unit. Please note: iHelp only supports unit bought from Global Caché for firmware updates. Updating rebranded units is not supported. If you have questions or suggestions then please use the 'Send Email...' option in the Help menu.

This found both my devices and updated my iTach Flex without a hitch.GlobalCache should buy this app and support its future development. I couldn’t get their Windows app to even launch.

This app far eaisier then Global Caches method. With just a few clicks you can update the firmware seamlessley and effortlessly. As another reviewer stated Global Cache should definately buy this software!

Good Substitute for Windows Application

I used this with the WF2CC module, and it works adequately. It lacks the diagnostic informaiton of the “official” iHelp from Global Cache. I successfully reloaded firmware on my WF2CC without incident. This app does not allow an external firmware file to be loaded (Nor does the Windows version). It merely uploads the latest correct firmware fo the device.

Does Not Work Well

Have two Flex units, one it updated and another mid-way it broke the update (sits and waits for unit forever). Had to download and use iHelp on Windows to fix the issue, making you wonder why I bought the OSX version (hint: to not need to use Windows).
