Not sure if I’ve left a review already but if I haven’t I’ve been meaning to.. I come here two to three times a month and am regularly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism off the employees (Northridge) i unfortunately cannot think of anyone’s name but there is a dark skinned gentleman at the register and a short tiny girl with tattoos and piercings that are just the coolest people to deal with and always so friendly! Well the gentleman just made me a king koopa and although I’ve had it a few times in the past this was the best sandwich I have ever eaten! I made the mistake on the app and my sandwich wasn’t prepared , totally my fault, he was apologetic and assured me it would be done super quick and when I was walking back in from the car he met me at the door with my sandwich .. little things like this make this place special and the food is amazing I’ve introduced so many people to this place and everyone loves it. Thank you Northridge Ike’s!

I’ve been going here for multiple years I’ve never had any issues and what delicious sandwiches they make I do have to say their business model of having unique sandwiches that can only be found at certain locations is quite an adventure and I’m always surprised and interested in what new sandwiches are offered in each locationI would also say that I’m greatly happy that I found a place that has halal meat!!

I can’t say that enough great things about this place 😊 while writing this, I just ordered 2 sandwiches 🙃

All these 5* reviews make absolutely no sense to me. The search function for sandwiches is completely useless. Typing in the name of the sandwich or the number (the whole reason to have a number) leads to a “not found” error every single time. This applies to when ordering in the Bay or in Austin. This is really the critical fix that needs to happen. I don’t care about the “popular sandwiches” if I’m ordering from the app. I want to easily be able to search for my favorite sandwich (which you can get at any Ike’s) instead of going through 5-7 clicks to get to “full menu” then manually search for it. Luckily I know the number otherwise it would be legitimately impossible to find my sandwich of choice.

Search improving needs to be the #1 priority for customer experience in the next update. I’d rather call and place an order than use this app.
