ikon Connect 4+

As others reported recently. I installed the app 1 year ago. it stopped working few mints ago. Can’t seem to be able to pass beyond the login screen. It loops and hangs for long ... I called the subscription company and told me that there working on a fix and should be read in a couple of days. That was 10 days ago. Any clue??
This is a major inconvenience, not being able to track my car via the phone and having to use a computer to have a good view and to track my car ... we need answers please.

The older version of this app worked so much better. The new version is terrible! The top speeds aren’t accurate at all. My son drove the car to a football game 25 miles away and speed limits were 55 mph. The app is trying to say his top speed was 14 mph. And it doesn’t show details of where the car was anymore (like addresses, street view shots of exact locations). Now it just shows a map of the streets he drove on. The only time I ever use this app is when my teenage sone is driving my car. And I need it to be accurate and more detailed.

Needless to say... everyone would greatly appreciate a search bar so that we do not need to scroll through 300 accounts to find the one we are looking for. I would imagine this is something that should have been Integrated into this app before it was ever released as it is almost useless without a search bar for the account list. I along with many of my colleagues that use the app would greatly appreciate if you could add one. I have heard lots of talk about switching back to GoldStar and other brands if the issue is not resolved by my colleagues and other I know using the software.
