Great coffee - terrible App
This app is needlessly complicated. It’s confusing to see and modify subscriptions. They make it easier to select Illy wallpaper (who does that?) than review your account, update subscriptions or place orders.
Every time I use this app, I am frustrated by its poor performance and horrible UI. Illy, make it easy to order coffee!! If you don’t understand how difficult this app is to use, you’re not working with average or new users. I am offering my assistance to show you what it’s like to use this app.
The is aweful
I have spoken to customer service agents multiple times about how slow the app is. Not only is it slow but it is overly busy. It keeps throwing up “sign up for email and “pop-ups even though I am already signed up and have been for years. The app is not at all intuitive. Check out is cumbersome. Mostly due to the app not being responsive to touch. Having to repeat the selections process is annoying at best. The lack of Developer response to customer feedback is insulting.

Bug fixes are not fixed
I am a daily illy iperespresso drinker, and was excited about the app being released. This app needs a major overhaul if you want more of us to sign up. If we are current subscribers you can not create a new registration. It also will not except current log-in information. The app declares that you have the wrong email/password. But also states at the bottom of the screen that the service is unavailable try back later. Poor design
