Not a stable continues connection
We bought JURA ENA8 about a month ago and one point had affected me to choose JURA's coffee maker, namely a chance to manage this gadget via an app is installed at my iPhone. No doubt, I'd checked the comments about this app, J.O.E. before to try to install it and buy the JURA's Bluetooth connector module. I found many comments in which this app gets low score but I decided that guys can't use such app to manage their JURA's coffee maker due to some stupid reasons and I'll be happier than others. Sorry to note, guys are correct:-( During a really short time when I use J.O.E. App to control JURA ENA8, my iPhone lost a Bluetooth connection with ENA8 and both times I should make a hard reset of the JURA's Bluetooth module, I should open the special slot at the back side of machine and make a hard reset of module:-( I'm sorry, such manner of a Bluetooth communication isn't good, we have 2023 year around and I can guess that such famous company LIKE JURA could have a power to make a Bluetooth connection with a modern smartphone more stable. The 2nd issue is that I can't save my favorite receipts of a coffee drink in the J.O.E. app! What's up? Can't save the tunes which I would like to send to ENA8 via this app! Should remember all these tunes in my head, it's not a problem but why J.O.E. wouldn't like to consider such 'memorable opportunity'? It's not too friendly, JURA!
No way to schedule a brew and no way to fill a travel mug with 2 orders
Thousands for a coffee robot, and it can’t even fullfill the single most important ask: to wake up to a cup of coffee without having to manually turn on the machine every morning and wait for it to heat up. The Jura Eva series would have been perfect for us were it not for this oversight.
Praying for a software update to allow the machine to at least turn on and warm up every morning, or even just never turn off.
What’s the point of spending thousands, if the robot can’t save me the most precious resource in the world: time. At this point my trusty 30 year old Silvia is literally faster for a cup of espresso.
To top it off, you can’t even order a double coffee to fill a 12oz or 16oz travel mug, so there’s that too. Frustratingly, the coffee maker and app should absolutely be able to do both of these simple things, both of which are a-priori core capabilities.

Version 1.3.0 dumbs your machine down and takes away your customizations. And the new interface hides the simple act of making an espresso or coffee behind an opaque and non-intuitive interface.
If you liked a slightly less strong espresso when you had Honduran beans, or had dialed in that perfect setting for a natural processed yirgacheffe that’s all gone now. Everything’s a one off each time you order. Place an order, adjust the strength lower the brew temperature, and if you like the results better write the recipe down because there’s no way to save that to the app anymore. With the old interface I could create a latte “recipe” that could be ordered even if it wasn’t part of the native machine’s menu. That’s all gone. Now when I open the app, it looks like the only product available from the machine is hot water for tea!? This update was clearly not well thought out.
So the good news is that all your customizations are still there, the problem is that the app developer messed up the transition of the old customizations to the new format. If you long press the beverage that first shows up when you start the app and then drag it to a new location, you’ll see that there are now two different beverages; one of these will be the first beverage you set up on your original product settings page. You can continue long pressing and dragging to eventually reveal your old product setting beverage menu.
