Inability to get past the welcome screen.
As a new user -> unable to register because the backend cannot find my info.
As a new user -> unable to request OTP because the backend cannot find my info.
As a new user -> Unable to easily navigate to “Create an account” scene, it should be part of the login and request otp screen, not 2-3 screens deep.
Anyways, good luck.
Not working abroad
If your not connected to a network thats based on the UAE (for example your travelling), you will get a message that says: Access Denied. So forget about paying for your insurance while travelling 🤦🏻♂️
Defective app
It’s not uncommon to have buggy apps, but it is frustrating when I’ve got to do something compulsory yet neither the all nor the web portal work
