ILUO Chart is the mobile companion app for the ILUO Chart skill management SaaS, built for small and mid-sized teams in Japan. Rate the skill level of each team member on every task using the four-step ILUO framework, and review team strengths and weaknesses anywhere, while administrators manage the organization from the web dashboard.
What ILUO Stands For
- I (Initial): not yet trained, needs onboarding
- L (Learner): can do the task with support
- U (User): can do the task independently
- O (Owner): can teach the task to others
Designed for organizations of 10 to 100 employees that want to move away from one-off Excel skill matrices and ad-hoc tribal knowledge, this app focuses on what leads and evaluators actually need every day: fast skill entry and a clear view of weak tasks.

Data and Security
- All traffic is encrypted over TLS
- Data is stored and operated on servers located in Japan
- Passwords are stored as hashes
- In-app account deletion is available at any time (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) compliant)
How to Delete Your Account
Open Settings, tap Account, then Delete Account. All personal data, including evaluation records you created, is permanently removed.
