Wanted to use this app to convert heic files to jpg or png. Before I purchased it, it seemed it might work. I selected 10 files and they converted. Ok, let's purchase it and let it rip. I only converts one file. Even if I use the same 10 as the trial version, it won't convert them at all. Complete waste of $4.99. Oh, and if you click on 'APP SUPPORT" it takes you to a site that does not even have this app listed.
