Imprest is accounting for small businesses that would rather run the business than the books. Connect your bank and review each transaction in seconds. Imprest suggests a category and a match; you accept it, change it, or mark it personal. Send an invoice from your phone and get paid by card, or in person with Tap to Pay on iPhone. Photograph a receipt, or share one from any app, and it is filed against the right expense. Ask a plain-English question about your numbers and get an answer with the records behind it. The Imprest web app carries the rest: financial statements, reports, inventory, projects, and integrations with Shopify, Square, Stripe, and Gusto. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Face ID unlock. A home screen widget for the running timer and cash on hand. Imprest is available in the United States. Card payments and Tap to Pay on iPhone are processed through Stripe and require a Stripe account; Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS or later with iOS 18. Bank connections are provided by Plaid.
