• Supplier invoices from a PDF — on a PO's purchase invoices, tap Autofill from PDF or Scan with camera. The app reads the invoice number and amount, shows them for a check, and saves the PDF with the PO. Reading the same invoice again updates it instead of adding it twice. • Share an invoice into IMS — share a supplier's PDF from Mail, WhatsApp or Files to IMS and pick the PO. The PO number printed on the invoice is suggested first. • Exact amounts — totals and balances show the full figure, such as $375,590.12 instead of $375.59K, as on the web. • Notifications — one switch for all alerts, an unread count on the More tab, the Dashboard bell and the app icon, and a quick way to allow notifications on this phone. • Cashflow report — share it as a PDF or export it as CSV. • Hold a payment from stock — mark a line in Cashflow's Stocks – UnPaid as Pending. • Better search — find an invoice by its number (such as 1354FN), PO or amount, and use a comma to search for either of two terms ("708, 202"). • Material Tables — Fe updates as you enter the analysis, tables can be named, and containers and prices are shown. A table that still has rows can't be deleted by mistake, and unsaved changes are never lost on refresh. • Face ID and Touch ID are named correctly, and the fallback opens your phone's passcode. • Every button responds with a light tap, and deletes show their progress. • Grades now come from each material's name and spec. The separate Grade list in Settings has been removed. • Many smaller fixes, including saving purchase orders.

• Notification settings — choose which alerts you get: payments, invoices, shipments, contracts, storage and more. Your choices apply on the web and on your phone, including push notifications. • Stay signed in with Face ID — the app now locks when you step away and unlocks with Face ID, instead of signing you out. You only sign in again after 30 days away or if your account changes. • Put a payment on hold — mark an invoice as Pending in Cashflow. It stays listed but is left out of the totals, and the Dashboard shows held amounts separately. • Expense attachments — see at a glance which expenses have their invoice attached, and add or open files straight from the expense. • Stock details — stock lines show their spec (chemistry or producer), and warehouse lots show which sales invoices they were sold on. • Amounts shown the same way everywhere — every amount has its currency symbol and two decimals, and quantities keep their decimals. • Taps respond instantly, with feedback the moment you touch a button or tab. • Safer edits and many smaller fixes.

User management • Admins can add, edit and remove users from the app, set their role and choose which pages each person can see. Always up to date • Changes made on the web or by teammates now appear automatically — no need to refresh. • Stock, Cash Flow and Dashboard load faster and stay in sync after every save. Redesigned Dashboard • New Sales and Purchasing & Costs sections with tap-through details for every figure. More in Settings • Company details, dropdown setup, grades, documents and email reminder settings are now available on mobile. Assistant • Suggested questions, the ability to stop an answer, links to the records behind each answer, and conversations that are saved between visits.
