On-device 2D posture observation with joint-local angle labels and readings saved locally.
IMTP helps coaches observe isometric mid-thigh pull setup with real-time 2D knee, hip and trunk estimates, joint-local colored numbers and brief, stable guidance.
Pose inference runs on device with bundled RTMO-s and Apple's system Vision 2D fallback. Camera images and pose outputs are not uploaded; the app does not save camera images.
Knee 125–145°, hip 140–150°, trunk lean about 5° (0–10° operating window). In-range numbers turn green, with subtle adjustment arrows. Brief visual holds support continuity; historical joint reconstruction is not fresh evidence for a new in-range record.
Continuous and tap-to-focus; close-focus lens switching on supported hardware. Focus remains limited by distance, lighting and movement. Portrait/landscape iPhone layouts and native iPad support for both landscape directions and upright/upside-down portrait.
Numeric readings stay on device and can be cleared on the Protocol page. Chinese and English. No accounts, ads or in-app purchases. Free AGPL-3.0 application source; the MMPose RTMO-s model retains Apache-2.0 attribution. Project: https://github.com/lijing223344/IMTP .
This is a setup observation aid. Single-camera 2D estimates are affected by perspective, occlusion, lighting and motion blur. It does not replace a force plate or calibrated goniometry and provides no medical advice.
