Requirements:
To use this app, you need the in.touch 2 transmitters from Gecko Alliance. There is no compatibility with the in.touch first generation.

Poor connectivity

The app has the basic features we are interested in but is often unusable. App only connects to BullFrog spa about 1/5 attempts. Even when spa comes up in app it doesn’t always show current temperature or save changes. Re-syncing the spa with the cloud control adapter seems to help. Our wireless signal is strong.

Works Pretty Well - Needs better features

I have this connected to my 15D. Receiver is 100’ from spa through walls and windows and connects pretty easily. It is nice to turn a cycle on from upstairs when shocking pool etc. This thing could have better features in my opinion, e.g. - I cant imagine adding a visual timer showing how long the pumps have been running or what is remaining would be terribly hard to add? The filter cycle is not very intuitive but thats probably more MasterPools fault.

Gets a bad rap?

Had my spa for about 6 weeks and the app, while pretty bare bones, does what it says it will do. I have not had the connectivity issues others have described however I am lucky to have my WiFi router/pool dongle attachment and my spa within like 40’ of each other. 4 stars
