Description

Inbox AI is a productivity & automation app. Build custom voice commands, conversational agents, and ai-based email processing rules. Create workflows like extracting tasks from emails, screenshots, and audio, or use workflows others have created from the gallery. Simply select anything on your screen, or say it out loud to integrate with any of your favorite applications like Reminders, Notion, Tana, and Obsidian using API or terminal commands.

You have full control over your privacy and data. Use the cloud or privacy-first on-device AI. Mail processing and transcription happens fully on-device. Inbox AI supports Ollama, OpenAI, and Anthropic AI models.

- Filter out Junk email based on your preferences (i.e ignore all recruiters).
- Automatically extract tasks from incoming mail, and send them to Reminders, Notion, Obsidian, or Tana.
- Build voice commands like "Schedule an event next Friday with Jack", "Draft an email to my mom", or "Translate this to Dutch"
- Select anything on your screen and capture it as a task (i.e from Slack, Teams, etc).
- Send selected text anywhere, by linking Raycast with Inbox AI through x-callback powered QuickLinks.

App Does not Open

This app does not work. Running brand new Apple hardware and this app won’t even open. I don’t understand how this made it through approvals.

Developer Response ,

The app is a menu bar app. Check the top of your screen for a little paper plane icon.
