Stuck in Loading
Over the past several weeks I have not been able to use the app due to nothing more than a loading screen and the only remedy I have found is to delete and reinstall the app itself. It is quite frustrating and should be a top priority in any coming update.
This app is crap. And never stays updated. The bank are crooks. I have banked here for less than a year and it has been the worst bank I’ve ever used. I decided to use this bank as it was the closest one to me at the time. Yeah don’t make my mistake. Costumer service is awful. I would recommend keeping your money in a cookie jar, or even in your underwear. It’s much safer than putting any money into this bank. The one star reviews normally carry a lot of weight with them, for good reason. Maybe on day this bank will care about its costumers but it is not 2020.
Can’t give negative stars but if I could, this would be the app to get them and the bank. The app never stays up to date, your balance is never your actual balance. They can’t keep up with their charges or deposits. Some transactions will be “pending” for over a week. I’ve never had a bank as terrible as this bank.

This app is clean and easy to use. Everything is laid out in a way for you to find what you’re looking for, and access the features you will use the most quick and conveniently. Love the personal finance manager and the ability to have a snapshot view of my finances in one place!
