Infinite:escape room mystery

I’m having an issue using the credit video,,I need a certain number of credits to skip a scene and I watch the video and the credits don’t catch,,this happens quite a bit and I have to wait a couple hours sometimes for it to catch,,,also not liking that “ads loading” appears way too much and it doesn’t matter if the “X” is hit,,the ads play anyway!!!,,had a couple of “ads loading” and it’s working that no ads play when I hit the “X”,,,thank you,,
