Infinity 8 Ball™ Pool King is now officially available online. It will offer all 8-ball, 9-ball, and snooker players a refreshingly different experience.

Easier aiming, and more pot chances on your phone
No more shooting against a ruler. With Infinity 8 Ball™ Pool King, the target line is longer, the angle is easier to adjust and the power control is more precise. Even a beginner can give amazing shots. All you have to do is have fun.

A true physical experience with authentic shots
We have gone to great lengths to simulate the experience of hitting a real billiard ball so that the force, direction, collision, spin and lighting are precisely the same as in the physical world. Parameters from the coefficient of friction of the tablecloth to the feedback from the collisions between the balls and the table, to the cue itself have all gone through numerous iterations.

The gear must be constantly upgraded, even for an excellent player
The more powerful the gear, the better you will be able to win a competition. You can keep earning coins and chests as you play to keep upgrading your cue and props, allowing you to enjoy playing 8-ball in many different scenarios with different rules.

A more exciting Challenge mode in addition to the regular games
Special-shaped tables, special scoring rules, one-shot challenges, special events... Join the 24/7 exciting challenge with updates from time to time. You will be ranked in the rankings of global players and have the chance to win exclusive prizes. What is your global ranking in your expert Challenge mode?

24-hour global PvPs
Well-matched players can greatly improve your skills. We have introduced the matching algorithm, which selects the best match from global online players, to help you progress in competitions.

Very good game

Very good game, no forced ads. Watch ads if you want to but you can play as long as you want and not see any if you choose. There are offers that cost money but, again play as much as you want and don’t spend any money at all unless you want what is offered. The game play is good. You usually play against other players so the game play is challenging and isn’t static. If I sound like a fan, I really am. The initial screen isn’t obvious as far as play options go but it doesn’t take much time to figure out. Then it’s pure joy playing opponent after opponent. The other players seem friendly. Sometimes it’s apparent you’re playing against the computer, though. Game play is similar although the computer seems to miss a few more shots than a skilled opponent would, but it generally plays very well. Later… it seems to have trouble maintaining a connection to the server. It is frustrating to be lining up the final shot for a win then getting the attempted reconnection arrow. Time ticks down then it’s the opponents turn. He wins. It happens a lot. Opponents also have trouble maintaining the connection. It’s a good game, a favorite. If you want to contact support, you must do it through Facebook. If you don’t use Facebook, you’re on your own.

My favorite game

I love this game. I have missed playing pool. This has given that back to me. The game in general is good. The way it is set up you have opportunity to play with others and against yourself with many different challenges. It helps you get better. The only thing I don't like is so much is pay to play. I can't afford that so I am held back. My game often freezes up and when that happens your opponent often wins automatically. The slide of how hard to hit the ball gets in the way often so its almost like having the challenge of a wall in your way on the right side. It would make the game much better if you were able to move that for certain shots. Also I often time out when trying to select the right angle. Another 5 seconds would be greatly appreciated. I do understand why its timed though. I just typically finally get the right spot and it times me out before I can actually shoot so a couple more seconds and I would get the shot in. It just creates more of a challenge which can be good just irritating for now. Still good game. Love it. Addicted to it. I was actually sad and glad I got locked out for a week. I needed a break.

Good game, but designed for pay-to-play

I like the game overall. It’s fun to play and offers many additional challenges like polygonal tables, so you can practice your skills and earn additional “currency” if you do well. I especially like the Daily Challenge and the Journey that lets you earn journey coins to exchange for wildcards to then exchange for items needed to upgrade your cues.

However, what I don’t like is that the game is designed to give a significant advantage to players that purchase a weekly gold pass or other offers. There are tiers that you can climb, but they don’t reflect the skill of the player. They reflect how much you spent in the game. I was able to advance to the Master division without buying the gold pass, but it’s getting nearly impossible to get further without the gold pass. The new Kingdom mode is even worse. It’s designed to require you to purchase to progress to the next level.

So, my suggestion to Playorca is to design the game that allows skilled players to get promoted. It’s ok to give some advantage to people who are willing to pay, but if you can’t get to the top without paying then good skilled players will abandon your game and go elsewhere. Your leaderboards are not reflecting skill at all. They are only reflecting how much someone paid you.
