Amanda is Amazing!
I needed funds to complete a major car repair recently!so I contacted my InFirst Credit Union for help. I spoke to Amanda in the loan department and shared my issue with her. To say the least; Amanda was very understanding and caring. She assured me that she would do everything she and the InFirst staff could do to assist me
I was ecstatic to learn a few days later that my loan request had been approved.

Staff are marvelous. Wish the app was as good as the staff. Can only enter new payee data using a computer, NOT a tablet. Thus, forcing one to own both machines. When 'partner' stopped participating e.g., not allowing free use of atm', the only notice given was by the partner. I had to inform In First credit union. In First contact with partners would hopefully get the word out when members can't use the ATM without fees. More costs. I no longer even try to meet the debit card use requirement. There are many companies that have a higher threshold for accepting a card purchase. Too many times (15?) needed to reach the goal. Also, the chance for identity theft fraud just is not worth taking to make a low cost purchase. The news programs seem to show misuse of atm's by stealing card data is on the rise at places where fast food, other low cost purchases are made via debit cards.
I have dealt with quite a few banks and none of them compare to the customer service I get from InFirst. They go above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. That is the type of service I always have gotten with InFirst and I have no interest in doing banking anywhere else
