Don’t bother 1 star is 1 too many
Lawson is such a bad product. 0/10, but -1/10 might be more accurate. The list of why is just too numerous to try.
The most frustrating part of this app is just how stupid it is. If there is an error it’s almost always better to just start over, it doesn’t matter how much work you’ve done on it… which is good, because even outside of this you are going to redo your own work. A lot.
I just finished a painful custom order, and I since I can’t upload the PO (another fun thing about Lawson - things won’t work for ½ the people) I had to ask my supervisor to do it.
I hit release after he attached the PO, and now I can’t release it. I open the COMPLETED order and everything is missing, so I get to start over.
I wish this was a one-off, but the program is so consistently bad they should be investigated as though they were a scam.
