Easy to stay connected, great quality

We have family who aren’t internet savvy, and they feel the isolation more intensely in the pandemic. Sending photos & little updates about the kids regularly is much easier now! No errands to the photo center or rewriting the same note over and over. I can send a whole batch of cards in 5 or 10 minutes! Choosing a nice template is fun, and uploading a couple photos and adding a little note is simple. I love that addresses are saved and can be grouped as a batch. I was pleasantly surprised by the feature that allows for editing the message on the card to personalize the message for an individual recipient before completing an order - without rewriting the entire note! And the post cards are much higher quality prints than I can get at stores with photo printing. It’s more expensive, but the simplicity & direct mailing make it worth it. Our relatives, especially older folks who are so happy to receive updates about the kids, really appreciate and feel more love now that I’ve been able to connect consistently. After the success of my first order, I bought a bunch of credits at the discounted rate.

I have had a few gifts come in for people that i thought were going to be nice as they use to be in the past, but lately I am not at all happy with the quality of the personalazation and the products! I use the app a lot but I am thinking of not using it anymore due to this ongoing problem! Lori Irace I was pleased to have both orders refunded to my payment method so i could reorder my bowls! im kust trying to resolve the missing spoons in both orders, but they were trying to help me out to resolve the problems. so far things are back on track! thank you Ink Cards I usually love your gifts and cards and hope to continue to use it for many more gifts! thank you Lori!!!! Im updating my review on my problem I had with my gifts, I just want to say that Ink prints is a very reliable company!!! if your not happy with a product they really do stand by you and resolve the problem! been using them for years and love the items and the service! thank you ink app!!!! you have helped me give many special cards and gifts to people i love!!!!

Not receiving card

UPDATE: 1st card finally showed up but was over a week late. 2nd card has never showed. Ink did credit me for both of my cards. I do appreciate their quick response dealing with my issues. Hopefully the mailing of cards will be corrected in the future. Thank you for your help. I have used Ink since Aug 2019. I love sending cards that are specially made for that special person. Everyone loves their cards and have always been good quality cards. I have had no issues until Sept 2023. I order a card and it never showed. Contacted Ink and they were very helpful and were sorry about not receiving the card. The replacement card was suppose to arrive by the 28th of Sept. but has not arrived. I also ordered another card and it should have arrived by Sept 25th and have not seen it. I decided to look at the reviews and it seems like many people are having issues not receiving their cards in Sept. The Ink folks are saying it is the post office. If so, how come I do not have any problems with the rest of my mail. I assume this must be an internal problem. Unless Ink can fix this issue I will have to discontinue to use them.
