Every minute, on the minute.
A bell rings. You do your reps. You wait for the next bell. Thirty times. That is the whole app.
SET TWO NUMBERS
How long a set runs, and how many. Everything else follows — ask for thirty minutes of one minute sets and it works out the rounds for you.
IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO
The screen says "10 Burpees", not "Work". The movement and the reps are part of the routine, so your history counts what you actually did without you tapping anything mid workout.
BUILT FOR A PHONE ON THE FLOOR
Cues are committed to the audio timeline the moment you start, so they land on the second whether the app is open, in your pocket, or the screen is locked. A three-two-one into every boundary. At the midpoint of every round, a line you have not heard yet.
YOUR MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING
Nothing stops Spotify. Ducking is there if you want it, and off if you don't. Mute is one tap on the workout screen.
THE LEDGER
A streak, a five week grid, and a lifetime count split by movement. Finish a session early and it still records the rounds you finished.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
No sign in. No tracking. No analytics. Nothing is ever sent to us. Your history syncs through your own iCloud, so a new phone picks up where the old one left off.
Gets the job done and keeps me on track. Finally an app that doesn’t require me to have a password every time I want to use it.
Three widgets that are not a streak counter.
THE LINE. The app carries a hundred and four lines that until now only ever surfaced at the halfway mark of a round and were then gone. One of them sits on your home screen instead, a different one each day. It has something to say on a rest day, which a streak does not.
START. One tap from the home screen into a running routine. No finding the icon, no waiting, no pressing start.
THE COINS. A coin is struck at the end of every routine you carry to the last bell. They used to exist for the few seconds of the finish screen. Now they accumulate somewhere you can see them.
