TWO TAPS TO A RED FLAG
The narratives are already written. Tap once to note an item, twice to mark it a concern. Flagged items walk themselves into the summary, so nothing is lost between the roof and the write-up. Any wording can be edited on the spot when the standard sentence is not quite right.
PHOTOS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES
Shoot as you go and mark up the shot — circle the rot, point an arrow at the double-tapped breaker. Every photo files itself under the section and item you were on, so the report assembles in the right order without sorting a camera roll afterwards.

Wind Mitigation (OIR-B1-1802), Citizens 4-Point and Roof Certification are produced as the carrier's own PDF, filled out from the answers you marked in the field.

Review the findings, regenerate the PDF, and send your client a link they can open without an account. Concerns arrive grouped into safety hazards, recommendations and maintenance items, each with a next step drafted for you to approve or rewrite.
