Inspectify is a service that provides functionality to be able to perform surveys of different types of sites digitally. The service consists of a web interface where all types of administrative processes are performed, as well as a mobile application where a user performs and reports the actual inspection.
We build a mobile application for surveyors to use as their primary tool for daily checks as well as surveys of, for example, playgrounds. Completed protocols and actions are then sent to the user via the app to a web interface managed by the administrator.
Since the end customer is currently working on paper and pencil, we focus on making the app as simple and intuitive as possible. So great importance needs to be put on the user experience to make the transition to this digital tool simple and straightforward.
