InstaOrder Pilot is the delivery app for InstaOrder's pilots. Go online, get trip offers the moment they're dispatched, and take every order from pickup to the customer's door. Everything you need on shift is on one clear screen.
GET TRIP OFFERS INSTANTLY
When a trip is dispatched to you, a full-screen alert shows up even when your phone is locked or the app is closed. See the details, then accept with one tap before the offer expires.
GO ONLINE ON YOUR SCHEDULE
Switch online when you're ready to work and offline when you're done. You choose when you drive.
FOLLOW EVERY TRIP STEP BY STEP
Each trip moves through clear stages from assignment to delivery, and a color-coded status shows where you are at a glance. Pickup details, customer information and order amounts are all on the trip screen.
LIVE LOCATION WHILE YOU DELIVER
While you're online, your location is shared so dispatch can send you nearby trips and customers can follow their order. The app watches your GPS and warns you if your location stops working, so you don't miss a trip.
TRACK YOUR EARNINGS
See your completed trips and what you've earned.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH
Use the app fully in Arabic or English, and switch languages anytime from Settings.
SIMPLE, SECURE SIGN-IN
Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You stay signed in securely for your whole shift. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
WHO IT'S FOR
InstaOrder Pilot is for registered InstaOrder delivery pilots. New pilots can sign up in the app, and their account is reviewed before they can go online.
A NOTE ON LOCATION AND BATTERY
InstaOrder Pilot uses your location in the background while you are online, so trips can be dispatched to you and deliveries tracked. Location sharing stops when you go offline. Using GPS in the background for long periods can drain your battery faster.
