The free instingo app is part of the instingo step challenge for the company health promotion of employees in companies or of public step challenges by instingo. With the app it is possible for you with a Iphone/Apple Watch can take part in a health challenge. The app just stands Available to participants of these challenges.
If you have already signed up for a step challenge at your company or at instingo registered, please download the app.
- After downloading the app it is possible that your activity data from Apple Health directly to the digital platform of instingo or the challenge of your be transferred to the company. The app sends the data to instingo and there your data will appear in your profile. Also on ranking lists, the event page, etc. together with your colleagues.
- This data can be steps, calories, other activities, etc.
- Easily sync steps taken by your Iphone and/or Apple Watch has captured.
How it works (summary):
1. A step challenge is taking place in your company. Just register via the individual link in your invitation e-mail, which you received from the company/from have received instingo.
2. Download the instingo app.
3. Log in to the app with your email address and password.
4. Automatic tracking will start.
