Wound assessments are now automatically saved after completing and you can save and resume patient visits before transmitting. You can also edit wound assessments before transmitting. You can collect patient vital signs. We have improved the accuracy of measurements.
Ratings and Reviews
Terrible
This is one of the worst apps I have ever experienced (when it’s actually working). You cannot look up pts, you have to scroll through a list of thousands. When you finally find the pt and click on the pt, it’s a hit or miss if the “next” button will show up. If it does not, tough luck, you’ve lost an entire assessment. This app has easily added an extra 30 mins to my visits.Just terrible.
