Best Fasting App On The Market!!!
As someone who used Life Fasting for a few 2 years and a few other apps for weightloss, this one is the best out of the many I have used. I am not sure why most fasting apps have suddenly started charging you for their using any of their features, that is how you get people to stop using your app. This app is free and all of the features are, because of that I have donated to support to app because I understand it takes money to keep an app running but every feature shouldn't be behind a paywall. The features on this app are very easy and digestible to understand and they have like 12 language options. Really really great, only been using this for a few days but I’m very satisfied. Thank you so much!

Best fasting app
I've tried Zero and Life in the past, and they weren't as good. Life was better than Zero, but not that much. Even though this is an obscure app, it is miles ahead of the other fasting apps. It's really informative too and is the only app that's helped me to stay motivated past 2 days. I also like the UI, it is easy on the eyes and looks good. If the developer is wondering, I heard about it from reddit. Some things I would add are a home screen widget, and other stages like peak growth hormone and lowest insulin levels. Thank you for making this wonderful app, and to anyone else reading, I definitely recommend it.

Godsend app!!
Hands down the best fasting app. It’s free and I don’t have to pick a specific fasting time. I like to do prolonged fast sometimes and I’m not sure when I will end it so this gives me flexibility. I don’t have to pay for extra. It’s simple and I can keep my weight logged. I found someone mention this app in a comment under a water fasting subreddit. I was using another app that will be discontinued soon and I’ve tried many others and was upset until I found this app. I’m very thankful as someone who fast as a lifestyle.
