Smart Auto Checkout (Foreground Service) Automatically detects when a user moves beyond a defined distance (100 meters) from the check-in location Triggers a smart auto-checkout process after a short duration if the user does not return within range Ensures accurate attendance and travel logs without manual intervention Implemented using a foreground service to ensure reliable tracking during active check-in sessions only The service runs only when required and displays a persistent notification as per platform guidelines Camera Access Used to capture customer-related images during customer creation Helps maintain accurate and verified customer records File / Media Access Used to select customer photos from the device during customer creation Helps upload existing images to maintain accurate customer records Phone Access Used to open the device’s phone dial pad when tapping a customer’s phone number Allows users to quickly contact customers without manually copying numbers Email Access Used to open the device’s email app when tapping a customer’s email address Helps users communicate with customers directly using their preferred email app Network / Internet Access Required to securely sync data with company servers Ensures real-time access to customers, travel history, and maps All data is handled securely and is accessible only to authorized users of approved companies.
