INX Differs from other exchanges by being the first SEC registered company/exchange for crypto and digital security tokens. They put each listed crypto currency through the howey test ensuring that listed cryptos are deemed as a utility, so your crypto assets will never be delisted or exposed to securities regulation, and they will continue to add utility tokens as regulations become more clarified in the future.

This entire platform is essentially a scam. Their fees and withdrawal minimums are excessive and prevent you from doing anything. I was forced to use this due to another platform. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. If you do manage to hear back be prepared as they will only reply once every 24 hours at the most. They purposefully avoid answering any questions they don’t want to and act like you don’t understand what they’re saying. They also opened bank accounts in my name without properly informing me beforehand, which they admitted to. I’m currently trying to fight just to get my account closed.

Great trading experience! Also great to know they do their due diligence on the cryptos they list to make sure they won’t run afoul of securities regulations.
