Alerts, live camera view and identity search for your iNxusTrack site. Recognition runs on the hardware at your site, not in a cloud service. iNxus Store is the mobile companion app for iNxusTrack, an on-premise video analytics system installed at a retail or commercial site and operated by the site owner. It is not a standalone app. You need an iNxusTrack system already running at your site, plus an account and server address issued by your site administrator. What the app does - Alerts. Everything your site raises, newest first, each with its severity, type, camera and time, and a snapshot you can open. Types are stranger, watch list, loitering and unusual behaviour. Quiet hours, 23:00 to 07:00 by default, hold back everything except urgent and important alerts. - Live view. Open your site's cameras from the phone. Three bandwidth modes, data saver, standard and high quality, and the app tells you what each one costs in data before you pick. - Identity search. Look up a registered person by name and see where they were seen across your site's cameras in the last 24 hours. - Licence status. Read live on every visit to the page, never from a cache. A phone that says "normal" for a system that has actually stopped would be worse than one that says "unknown". - Assistant. Answers questions about operating the system. Pricing and after-sales questions are handed to a person rather than guessed at. Privacy Recognition runs on the hardware at your site, not in a cloud service. Snapshots and recognition data stay on that machine and are cleared on the retention schedule your administrator sets. In this app, person names are masked by default: a phone screen is easier for someone nearby to read over your shoulder than a monitor on a desk.
