i office Plus is an electronic office platform for organisations in Lao PDR. Government agencies and other organisations use it to move document workflow, electronic signature, approvals, meetings and internal communication onto mobile. Anyone can download i office Plus and create an account with a phone number or an email address — no invitation is required. To work with a specific organisation's documents, you then join that organisation inside the app. KEY FEATURES • Doc In-Out — track internal, incoming and outgoing documents with live status • Electronic signature — sign anywhere, assign signers and see who has not signed yet • Approval — submit and approve work through your organisation's hierarchy • AI summarisation — condense long documents so you can read them faster • OCR — turn document photos into searchable text • Law Assistant — search and cite Lao legislation • Meetings and calendar — schedule, book rooms and track deadlines • Live translation — work across languages in the same conversation • Internal chat — message colleagues and share files securely • Reports and KPIs — follow performance at a glance • Attendance — check in and out of work SECURITY Sign in with a PIN or Face ID / Touch ID.
