IPELAN is a free app for learning the national languages of Mauritania: Pulaar, Soninke and Wolof.
The app turns learning into interactive, playful activities. Each lesson combines listening, reading, illustrated vocabulary and varied exercises so you can progress at your own pace.
Works offline: once lessons are downloaded, no internet connection is needed. Useful anywhere, even with no network.
Learn through audio: recordings accompany every lesson so you can clearly hear and reproduce the correct pronunciation.
No advertising and no collection of personal data. Designed for everyone, from young children to adults who want to discover or strengthen a national language.
IPELAN is published by the Institute for the Promotion of National Language Education, under the Ministry of National Education and Reform of the Education System of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
