The International Project Management Conference (IPMC) returns from 12 - 13 December 2022 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia. Carrying the theme "The Era of Disruptive Technology and Sustainability", IPMC serves as an exclusive gathering of project management practitioners from five industries: Oil & Gas, New Energy, Maritime & Shipping, Building & Infrastructure and Digital. 1. Attendee App Visibility
A function to allow attendees to Opt-In or Opt-Out of having their contact details visible in the AMA. Attendees would still be able to use AMA, but their information would not be visible to other Attendees by choice for privacy purpose
2. Event Check-in
Allows Attendees to do digital check-in on event day
3. Attendee/Exhibitor/Sponsor Search
Allows Attendees to search & sort other Attendees, Sponsors & Exhibitors
4. Agenda & My Agenda
Agenda allows Attendees to view full event Agenda, while My Agenda allows Attendees to view selected agenda and add them in My Agenda according to preferred interest for easy reference
5. Event Notes
Allows attendees to take general notes they wish to document. Each note is automatically saved, with the first line becoming the title. All notes can be exported for further use and the export is combined with session notes on separate tabs on a spreadsheet
6. Session Survey
Customized survey questions that will appear during every Session.
7. Session Live Poll
Audience to answer Live Polling during every Session
8. Live Q&A
Audience can post Live Q&A during every Session
9. Contact Exchange
Provides option for Attendees to scan other attendee’s QR code & and automatically capture the contact details.
10. Event Stream
Space for Attendees to post photos, videos, comments or share their social experience at the event
11. Contact QR Code
Displays unique QR Code specific to the attendee, and can be used to gain access to sessions, ticketed events, contact exchange and more.
12. Messaging
Attendees can send receive messages from other Attendees, or event organizer
13. Alerts
A conference-wide function for Organizer to send messages, updates, urgent notification to all Attendees
14. News
A function to send out news on a scheduled basis to all the users
