Total waste of time for EXISTING clients
If you already have an account then this app is a waste of time because it doesn’t allow you to add your existing account. Worse yet, the chat help is a connection to an unrelated chat “call center” and those people don’t have a clue about which company you’re discussing because they take calls for numerous companies.
