Kindly note the app only works with food products not vitamins, supplements or non-food items.
Also big box chains very often do not list their products in the database.
If the product does not have a bar code, you can enter the product name and ingredients and the app will tell you if it’s keto.

This app is new & will have glitches. So far everything I have scanned has come up. Before this app I would buy my wraps that say keto friendly. Come to find out when I scanned the wraps I’m using are not keto friendly. This app told me why it’s not keto friendly. So I do like this app. People need to give this app a chance. Nothing is perfect!
Works like a charm
Just go up to any food product and scan it and instantly it gives great results.
Some people are trying it on toothpaste or MCT oil, these are not food products.
It works best on grocery store products because big box stores have their own unique codes that don’t scan.
This will keep you from being kicked out of keto
Saved me from non Keto products
I downloaded and used the app in my local supermarket. My favorite part was scanning all the products that said Keto but had wheat or sugar. I scanned many products just to test the app and it worked. I saw so many negative reviews and wonder what these people were thinking. It’s a great app. Keto forever!
