Crashes
Just joined the union, started working and now I can’t turn in my hours since the app crashes. I will be penalized
User error. Great information available when used correctly
Students can scan the back of their ua card and tap login request if they forget their credentials.
If download the updates it does run consistently with no issue. They have support 24/7 and assist members when asked.
Call if you have trouble. They walk you through any trouble. Had an apprentice think ot sis not work because they were using their camera to scan their card instead of app.
We enter ojt daily before leaving job site and never have an issue unless there is no wifi and bad signal.
This app works
I recently started to use this app to turn in OJT hours. Our union went from turning in two booklets a year filled by hand to finally doing it online this year. It’s much more convenient. App works great
