For the last two weeks about half the times I tried opening the app it keeps giving error notice/try again later. Frustrating when trying to follow during a game. Same happens in house with strong/full wifi and data going. Needs to be more reliable. Yes stats are way better than GameChanger but GC has never been 50% reliable. And yes I’m paying the premium/monthly which is more disappointing

Always an error and can’t use

This app consistently has an error message and does not work. Paid for a subscription and tried to create a second account. Because of the error message I can not create and pay for another account. Frustrated! No customer service phone number for support. Do not recommend for teams. Frustrating for parents!

Only thing that could be better is velo in pitches. Gives a true feel of the game and what pitchers are thrown. Great job besides that.
