Milanocard (also known as Milano card) and FirenzePass (also known as Firenze Pass) are part of our ItalyPass cards.

Where is my pass? Walked 3.5 miles to kiosk to fine none available
My husband and I each purchased a 3 day pass - we thought we we could download the app and use it directly from our phone. This was not the case. Upon activation, we got a message that we needed to go to a kiosk located 3.5 miles away to pick up our passes. When we got there we found a line of people also looking to pick up passes. None of us were able to. The message on the kiosk said “no tickets are available at this time”. Why we couldn’t just activate our passes and use them through the app is beyond me. Surely Italy has this technology?? Do not recommend this!
TERRIBLE Do Not Buy
Worthless App. Bought it online but still needed to activate physical pass in city center - requiring additional metro ticket from airport to city center. Bought 3 days but deactivated after only 2 days. Again, had to buy a one day metro ticket to travel back to airport for our return flight. Better to buy tickets from ATM official metro line.
Garbage app / scam / crooks
Do not use. Wasted my money buying tickets thru this site. Sent me tickets for wrong date. No address. No phone number. No customer support email address. Site says request a refund & they will get back to you in a month.
