As a long time iTOVi user I just want to let y’all know the video was very glitchy today so much so I restarted the scan just to be sure. Unfortunately it was still glitchy but this time finally scanned all the way only it did take a good 5-7 minutes before it was completely finished when in the past it has been usually 2-3 minutes it seemed (could be wrong since it has been a while since I’ve actually scanned myself).

Secondly, while trying to read my results several of the body system and emotional portions didn’t want to show up - like for one it said I had 5 recommendations but when I scrolled down it’s blank.

Lastly, the app just completely crashed. I realize there was an update just a couple days ago so there may be a typo or something within that update 🤷🏼‍♀️

Don’t recommend this application to anyone. It has progressively gotten worse since the FDA shut it down. The application updates that come across have been progressively been downgrading it until it is no longer useful or operable. Went in this week, and tried to use, and years of reports are no longer accessible. When contacting tech support the standard answer is delete application, reinstall, then turn off device. Anyone that knows technology knows that those are standard steps, and they didn’t work (btw). Not sure who is running this circus, but no one helpful for sure. Will be cancelling subscription post-haste as the oils I’m recommending for myself is probably more helpful than what they need to sell for the next “big” oil. Some oils “disappeared” from the scan for no good reason, and some oils that are no longer available are still recommended. WORST!
