Description
ivia app is an innovative solution that allows drivers to get load status and additional information via interactive and real-time interaction with dispatcher.
ivia app removes time-consuming calls from the business process.
Automatic updates allow the driver to focus on job at hand. Fleet members aren’t distracted by constant texts and calls for location updates.
Main advantages for driver:

- No need to search for ZIP for sharing location;
- No lost SMS
ivia app is a subject for future updates, which will make it more effective and informative.
An app usually needs stable Internet connection and about 15MB of traffic so it has to correspond to your cell phone tariff. ivia app has been designed to capture your location, but it is important to note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Can anyone help me. I’m trying to book loads but it’s saying no connection. How do I get connection?

Greetings. The connections tab is where we show to which carriers you are connected as a driver. Apparently, you weren't connected to anyone, so couldn't see loads. Please contact us at support@ivia.com so we could guide you through.

at the moment they became cleverly made that everything has risen in price and for transportation of freights do not want to raise a payment for van because Semi truck for a long time have on 4.00 $ for a mile and van give on what is cheaper that the team know that all money by itself in a grave is not take away

Greetings. Thank you for your kind feedback. The feature where the drivers were able to place bids higher than the target price was an experimental one. Unfortunately, based on carriers' feedback that loads got much harder to cover, we had to remove this feature. Thank you for using ivia! :)
