I downloaded the app a few days ago and it works well as a concise platform to view my offers, comps, and all casino promos. I had an initial problem logging in (server could not locate my account), but tried it a second time and got in easily.
I tested it real time in the casino against the kiosks and against info from the pit bosses and all info matches up in terms of player point accumulation.
The only thing that I could possibly "nitpick" about would be the refresh rates. There is a noticeable delay (t < 30s) in data update times from the servers to the kiosk versus the servers to the phone app. There are a number of factors that could influence update times such as data plans, service provider coverage, wifi strength, etc. so it is not a significant deal breaker.
My fellow minorities
Dear my fellow minorities and middle to low class folks. Please stay away from this establishment as you are worth nothing to them. I myself am an minority who was a K member until they decided to move me down to an A member after the new year. No matter how long I was there I could never get one host to come greet me as I witnessed various non minority guests being greeted by various hosts and even my assigned host countless times. The only way I could get her to me is if I were to text her and she really did try to avoid me at all cost (I guess big black men scare her or something)? Do not fall for their promotions or whatever it is they are offering you as it’s just a ploy to get you in there and spend your hard earned dollars. If this is just a night out then by any means have fun but be careful. I could never get an answer on how come my host would never greet me after spending hours in there as a K member when that is one of the perks but I really do believe being a minority has some sort of play in that. Do what you want with this information but please do not let them drain your wallet this goes for minorities and non minorities Sincerely,
