Used to be the best, however
1 week of very bad service & delivery irregularities. Something is terribly wrong either with their app service or vendor (restaurants). Orders either incomplete (get overcharged or entrees not listed in restaurant bill) or late with placing orders to the restaurant have been happening more & more. Unfortunately they are the only the app service that doesn’t have cancellation or even a window to cancel when placing an order.
So either you are paying or the poor delivery driver gets a bad wrap & gets fined when your done waiting; After that you go make the right order physically from a restaurant or cafe.
Which is time & financial consuming, with a health hazard to boot.

التطبيق كان جيد بالنسبة لي ولكن حصل ووصل طلبي ناقص والسواق قال هذا اللي اعطوه المطعم فقط.
للاسف رقم الاتصال بإدارة البرنامج مشغول طوال الوقت ولايوجد اي وسيلة للتواصل مع المطعم او تقييمه ولهذا السبب دفعت قيمة الطلب كامل على الرغم من انه وصل ناقص. اقترح اضافة خاصية ارسال تعليقات وتقييم المطعم والخدمة ورقم اتصال بالمطعم او خانه لكتابة ملاحظات عن الوجبات لانه لايتوفر هذا الخيار دائماً.

I actually liked the app. Until I had a bad experience trying to reach customer service through the busy line coz I got my delivery perfectly on time but not exactly the order. Actually, two meals were not there. The driver blamed the restaurant and there was no solution. I suggest adding a button to send direct messages to service providers in Jahez and add the restaurant contact # next to it. This will also help in customizing the orders especially that it’s not always allowed to make notes about meals preferences.
Very buggy app and the drivers don’t follow the instructions for the delivery. It is kind of slow as for the response, once the order is clicked. There is a process afterwards which to put the payment information again. The question is, why the payment is already saved and then putting the information again in every order?
Also, as a delivery app, there’s no way to see the order appearing as a receipt in the email, just in the app, even the order instructions are not appearing. There are some drivers who don’t even follow the timeline of the order, and kind of going around after receiving the order, not for drop off the food for someone else, just to play around. There should be a timeline for the order.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
