Worst Delivery Application in Riyadh
It took 1:30:00 to get my order and they claim not adding to the menu while adding an extra 10% at the end. its a joke. I waited and my guests went home and I got stuck with a big order that already arrived cold and missing half the items. You wont know what you will pay until the driver gets your receipt and they have the worst customer service ever. I told them items are missing and cold and they told me there is nothing I can do about it. I do not recommend using it.
Not that honest
The app main advertised aspects is that they charge you without increasing price like other delivery app.
However, they have added a hidden 10% operating fee on top of expensive delivery fee leading to mostly higher price than other delivery app.
