First, there is no way to contact your support so I have filed a support ticket with Apple. After your last couple of updates there is no notifications of a motion alert. Also a lot of options are suddenly missing. Tried everything network/notification/permissions-wise on my side so I’m certain the issue is on JAWA’s side. Maybe you guys should roll back your last couple of updates as at least the app was functional back then. Also the broken English throughout the app makes me question how secure anything saved on your servers are. Hopefully the Chinese government doesn’t need a view of my front door. I understand the language barrier but not putting in the effort to properly translate in a concise way feels akin to an extended warranty call. Please roll back your updates.

Finally has an update after a year and guess what? They added ads….you have to view an Ad every time you check your camera or basically anything. I’m getting rid of my cameras and this app and never fooling with this company again. Complete garbage. I mean how can you make a terrible app even worse? Adding advertisements is a slap in the face. Never again. Do not get this app and do yourself a favor and don’t buy anymore cameras made in china. Stay away

Sorry I waisted my money on this. It is not a good app and the cameras does not work with updates as technology expands… a waist of time and money. The camera worked for almost a year and now offline because it will not update to meet current standards of technology. There is no live body to even talk too. Not worth it! I am only giving one star because I have to choose something. But again, please do better with this app. It is no good for use.
