I have completed my registration on the app and I have been going through the app as well to understand it so I tried using it to make transactions and first was gift card and I can tell you that I am not happy with how long it took to confirm the gift card i want to redeem, it took about 15mins which is suppose not to be so cause other platforms I use before trying out yours take less than 5mins if much time is taken and secondly the charging of 100naira to withdraw that’s too much other platforms do for as low as 20naira to 10naira and some is even free. Other than that this is a good app to use so please work on the fee you charge on withdrawal from the app.

Download this app and completed the registration and I decided to use it for the first time and trade bitcoin and I deposited in the wallet and it fully received the funds and didn’t display it on the balance and after reporting they said they send email to everyone about the minimum amount of bitcoin deposit and I repeatedly checked my email and I got nothing no notification or any email concerning the amount of bitcoin to be deposited and now they said my deposit is gone and non- refundable , and after tracking the transaction it says it has arrived in a wallet which is not even in the system yet it received the non refundable amount which means this is just a scam and a fake application that is only after taking from the user that has no idea how it works, worst application ever worst , for people who are planning on getting this app please don’t do it for your money protection. Even has the most rude customer service ever

I have been using Jeroid for years now. And I have been tolerating their thievery because I never really sought an alternative. I am a big user in the level of ULTIMATE on the Jeroid trade app. I have proof. They will give you low rate while trading and then underpay you. The most recent one that happened to me just Yesterday or so, I traded 4 Apple Cards of $200 each because the new platform I’m using was under maintenance for IOS trades. As usual the rates were low. Since I had no choice , I went ahead with the trade. Again, I got underpaid and was told the rates went further down, right when my cards were being processed. The worse part was; I got paid N218k for each $200 Apple Card, but the 4th card was N200k. I reached out to them several times trying to tell them I do not think this was a “rate” problem. That it must have been a glitch in their payment system , as usual again, robot copied and pasted the same response to me. I decided to wait for 24 hours hoping their system will refresh. For WHERE ???? When you contact customer care to complain they link you to a robot that will keep repeating the same thing and telling you rates changed while your cards were being processed. It never changes for the better. It’s always for underpayment and thievery. I got to the Ultimate level because I had traded more than 10m Naira with them and never have they given me my money complete as expected. I started using another platform which I won’t state here because I don’t want this to look like an advert, and I realized that I have been shooting myself on the foot with JEROID.
